Hack Back Strategy

A Hero activation adds 2 VC after its effects. Calculate the end-of-turn result across both actions before committing to a race toward 0.

Draw replenishes future options; Play resolves a card without the Hero activation’s +2 VC cost. Balance immediate effects against the risk of an empty deck.

Losing every Hero eliminates you. A second Hero can preserve your position, but both Heroes still share the same two-action allowance.

Thresholds are checked after the second action. Your first action can prepare a target or add a Hero; the second can complete the plan. Account for all mandatory effects before judging the result.
